i hear people using mainfold from the 2.0 for the 2.2 cobalts
so can i use the header and downpipe for a 2.0 for the 2.2

Yes you can, and I will have the stock LSJ header and D/P for sale up later next month.

a better option is the 2.4 manifold - crate engine depot's already done r&d on a kit:

Problem with that is it is an intake manifold. What he is asking about is the exhaust header and downpipe. But all 3 would make some nice airflow.
I wonder if the 2.0 intake manifold flows better then the 2.4

yeah i just realized this morning he was talking about the exhaust side. my bad.
from what i've seen, the 2.4 and 2.0 are nearly the same.
