CHECK IT OUT ..... i know its just the pass. side in the pic but the other side is drying and as soon as its done then i will post it too ....
you can also have these painted any way you want ..... the chrome spray with the outer lining like in the pictures below / or without it pic 4.... chrome with black edging pic 5, or all black ... you can choose to have the lens sprayed like in the first 3 pics either chrome spray or black ....

How much work goes into building my own? Is it similar to painting the headlights?

kind of but a bit more work ....

you have to use a dremel to cut out the inner section of the light then sand edges then test fit the lens to make sure that the lens will fit w/o a problem if not cut more away (but i will try my best to get it exactly right so there wont be any problems but every car is different) then paint as desired then attach lens then paint outer lens if desired ...

all in all it takes a few days depending on weather (drying time) ....

ok guys here is the other side without the edging yet ... all "chrome" paint on the inside .... im working on a set of black ones right now that should be done by the end of the week ....
