Hmm....not very good customer service. Passed the blame from one place to another and still haven't resolved my issues. I'll update when it's finished.

Bully clutch from TAG. The manufacturer claims that I am not their customer because the clutch was bought from them by TAG. Hmmmm......

seriously, youd think they had that thing on the market by now :shrug:

after seeing how long they have been working on it, i wouldnt buy it.

They released one, wanted it sent back for 'retooling' and it hasn't gone back to the customer yet. I have a buddy in Virginia who was one of the five who got in with TAG originally. I haven't heard much from him about it. I am supposed to tune it when and if he gets it. I have dyno time paid for already...well, he paid it not me.

The replacement blower for 2K5SS/SC just got back from Sweeden is what I've seen. Supposedly, Mase and Jim are looking it over and it is going back to 2K5 sometime in the near future. The "re-tooling" had something to do w/ an oil leak at the snout, I believe. I'm curious to see how they come through and whatnot. W/ the issues before, he still put down 272whp on a mustang dyno, and that's well over 300whp on any dynojet...

My buddy just had to send his whipple back because the snout wasn't machined correctly. Is this the same guy? I'm waiting to hear back from him.

Ask and you shall receive--here's his response to my querry:

Was TAG now REbel auto works. It just had someone who was poor/bad with doing machine work. It was all just sloppy machine work on the parts fabrication.

wow - this is STILL going on...so glad I cancelled my order when I did, rather than waiting, and waiting, and waiting...Although, still haven't had the Spec installed yet anyway, so...

So I called TAG today to find out the status of my clutch. He admitted receiving it and sent it to Bully for evaluation. Since then, nothing has happened. That was 2 weeks ago. I should have known better than to trust people from the place where Celiene Dion is from....

Yeah, according to Bully I am not their customer. I need to speak directly to TAG because that is who I bought the clutch from. One shitty company after another......
