you made more hp but less torque and I used 60's....:lol:

looks like that's cuz they just plain simple didn't have the sniffer in :)

Doc

Duh, I know that now. I always run with the sniffer even though I have my own w/b. I like logging it in the scanner as well. Makes for an interesting comparison.

Area47

doc, yes yes i know. pulley size difference does that. my torque should be up some more next week. there is a trade off, smaller pulley, less timing down low. bigger pulley more timing down low. i need to go back and tweek the map some more. audible knock is not a good thing

i've got one - just nothing to log with. in order to log w/ the LC stuff you've got to have their LM module to go directly to a laptop, or something like HPT (i believe) - which is pointless for me to buy since HPT doesn't support the 2.2 anyway :cursin:

Log works, the software that comes with the LC-1, can log afr.

but can't display to my xd16 at the same time... so i'd have to switch up the whole setup every time i want to log - annoying. but hey i may do that in the future when i've invested in a laptop strictly for the car

i never could get it to work right. so i just gave up. i know my car well enough i know where the afr should be. since it is getting colder out now, the afr is acting like a meth head on a cleaning spree.

I have the serial to usb thingy and it works fine. I just connect it in the out line for the xd-16 and it reads the same as the gauge does.

Speaking of AFR's, I have yet to figure out why my afr jumps from ~11.8 to ~10.2 only in second gear. I don't get any knock and the timing is relatively the same. The afr is the only big difference. I'm stumped...especially since it only happens in second.

my afr's in second do weird stuff too.

maybe the load difference? or the simple fact i don't have traction in second? {it rolls smoke off the tires now. doh!}

mine stay around, usually what i command it to do.

what is your pe delay set at?

Paulumbo
October 24th, 2007, 9:23pm
I'm thinking pe as well. IIRC doesn't the bypass valve fully shit when you do a 1-2 shift and does it do it just under full throttle or during part throttle as well?

im running 1.258 till about 5500, then it gradually increases by .002 up to 8k. keeping me at 12.3 till 5k, then it goes down to 12.0 from there. something seems wacky with those numbers d00d. maf scaling in line?
