Well I can say that the end-links were the easiest things i've ever installed. With stock ride height and only a front strut bar I can feel a difference. The car seems to hold it's line through a corner much better now. When i took the old end-links off, there was so much flex in them it's no wonder why I would get scared trying to take a corner extra fast. If you guys need testers again, don't hesitate to ask.

what would be the big diff w/ these, and would they really be something you wouldn't want on a street car? if so, why not?

no there perfect for street cars, they improve steering response and have way better handling then stock

Think you guys would ever build sub frame connectors for Redline/Cobalt? I've been tryig to get a hold of the guys over at URC, however, they're a bit busy and haven't been able to give me an answer either way.

a while back we talked to watts about the connectors and he said urc had a jig to make them, and we started talking about possibly a buy of the jig, and im not sure if they didnt want to sell or was cost prohibitave for us to buy it, or we just stopped communicating. but nothing has been talked about for a while. we could make them, but to create a new fixture we would have to sell a lot up front.so...thats where we stand. lol that was a lot of typing to say absolutly nothing. i should consider a career in politics

Maybe so, then you'd have enough to buy the jigs. I sent Watts a PM over on the new shorbus and haven't heard a word from him OR Tracy at URC. I think we've got 6 peeps interested in them if we could keep the price at $300.00 for the set in mild steel. I don't think there's a huge difference in strength between chromemoly and the weight "penalty" is minimized because it's low on the car, well below the roll center, so in my book and my experience it doesn't justify the extra cost of chromemoly. Think about it, Doc has said he'd be more than willing to use his as the donor car for a test fit-shoot me a price on materials to do this test and let's talk about it-I may be game for a venture to get this rolling.

On another note, I took a peek at the end links that I had on my ride, I can see no evidence of an impact-but I know the studs are looser than a free hooker-I'm going to drop those in the mail back to you guys-you should look at them.

shits yes!!! I'm lowered, have a front and rear strut bar...and LOVE the Race version end links. I've been driving the crap out of them this week and love them. Wish I had my Dunlop tires on though since they corner SO much better than the Nexen's.

Same here, you need another beta tester give me a ring gents. The guys and gals in the club are eager to see these puppies.
