Bought a new computer, no longer need these two. Details follow:

Desktop full tower (willing to part out as listed):

First buyer of either gets the option of having a PCI 802.11g card included/installed free. I'll throw in cat5 (ethernet) cables w/ both of the systems.

please... i've been building machines for 10 years and also work w/ low-level USB programming devices and hearing aids. i've physically static shocked the core circuit of a hearing aid and it doesn't hurt a thing. i've never worn a static strap and never had a problem. :p

I've killed a motherboard while walking barefoot across a carpet in winter. That's about it.

hm. absolute worst experience i had was dropping a paper clip on a Tyan board while the computer was on. spark flew, computer rebooted. i powered it down immediately, removed the paper clip, and it booted up fine and ran until i replaced it 2 years later :) I stand by Tyans hardcore now :D

:shrug: like i said, never had a problem here. both of these computers were built by me and ran for 3yr+ until we got our laptop and then moved from Madison, then never really powered either of them back up, so they've been dormant for 2yr until just recently when i powered them both up to get the data off their drives, worked fine then. was about 2mo ago.
