1. Remove the front fascia. (Sorry no pics)
Remove the 4 7mm 4 hex bolts in the engine bay. Then remove the hex bolts in the fender wells. There is one each side.
Then remove the push pins. There are two in each fender well and 7 underneath the front of the car.
Disconnect the wires connected to the fog lights if you have them.
Grab the front fascia in the fender in each wheel well and give it a quick tug. It will snap loose from car.
Check out that HE...

2. Get the front end up as high as you can.
http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q134/ericbristol/redline/Heat%20Exchanger%20-%20Griffin/IMAG0565.jpg
Higher then that if possible. It will make working with the AC Condenser much easier. I put my car on ramps, then set my jack on two cinder blocks. A lift would make the job much easier.
3. Remove air dam
Remove the Push Pin on each side.

4. Disconnect AC Condenser

Remove those two bolts (10mm) and support the Condenser from the bottom. Slowly drop the Condenser and move it out of the way.

This is where having that extra height is very helpful. The AC Condenser will move out of the way very easly. Putting it back in is the tough part because the Griffin HE is thicker then the stock. So there is less room to get it back in. Get the car up HIGH! :)
5. Remove the stock HE. (No pics)
First remove all coolant lines that connect to the HE. Then remove the two bolts that hold the HE and slowly drop the HE out.
The brackets from the stock HE need to be transferred to the Griffin. There is small tab that needs to be pushed or pryed away from the bracket to be removed.

Here is what they look like installed on the HE.

6. Install Griffin HE
Slide the HE back in the stock location. Connect your Option B line if you are running one before bolting it down. Us RL guys don't have a lot of space to spare up there.

Push the HE up the rest of the way and bolt it down.
