Alight, i know the other how-to lost its images a while ago, so i'm making my own.

Tools you will need:

ratchet
10mm socket
13mm socket
8mm socket
flat head
drill
1/4 drill bit
rubber firewall grommet (very small) orileys has a pack with like 10 different sizes..
wire cutters/ splicers
soldering iron
solder.
shrink tube (18g)
dremel

Alright to start off, you will want to pop the caps off the wipers blades, carefully.

When you get those off, there will be a 13mm nuts holding each wiper arm on, take those off. The arms may be a pain to get off, be careful if you choose to pry them off.

Now that those are off, you'll want to pop the hood, and locate the two push pin fasteners on the cowl cover. Use your flat head to gently pop them off.
There are two 7 mm screws that need to come off now. Once those are off, you are ready to remove the cowl cover, lastly, you'll need to remove the abs wire from the cowl cover
If you have an antennae still, go ahead and remove that too.
Pop the cover off now, (you may have to work at it for a minute)

Now locate the wiper relay, take the 3 10mm bolts off and remove the plug from the motor, removing this will make our wire hiding much easier.

Now for the fun part!
Unplug the abs wire now. You can either cut the plug off now or later.. make sure you leave enough wire to reattach it once were done,,,

Locate the wire where the wiper motor goes through the cowl

You are going to need to pop the abs wire through there and cut a small chunk out of the rubber grommet..

Now feed the abs wire through the hole and put the rubber grommet back in place,

Go over to the other side of the engine bay now and pull the heat padding back from the firewall.

Find a nice place to drill your hole.

Once you have your hole drilled, go ahead and deburr the edges if you have a deburring tool.
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5200.jpg

Now youll want to use something to cover the bare metal where you just drilled your hole.
I used touch up paint
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5203.jpg

Its not perfect, but it doesnt matter too much since no one will see it
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5204.jpg

Look through your grommets until you find one that fits the wire snug
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5197.jpg
slide the grommet over the wire like so.
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5205.jpg

now work the grommet into the hole the you drilled earlier,( this might be difficult)
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5206.jpg

Okay so now its time to solder that wire back onto the plug, start warming your iron up now.

Pull the wrap back on the wire
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5208.jpg

Now use your splicing tool and splice both wire ends on each side.
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5209.jpg
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5210.jpg

Slide your shrink wrap over the wires,
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5211.jpg

Now you can solder the wires back toether like so
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5214.jpg

Slide the tubing over the solder joints and use a lighter to heat them up so the shrink tightly over the wires
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5215.jpg

For cleanliness, wrap the wires with electrical tape
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5216.jpg

and plug the wire back into the female end of the plug,
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5217.jpg

Now you can put your padding back into place.

Now that the wire is hidden, you dont need those tabs on the cowl cover anymore...
So go ahead and dremel those all off.
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5218.jpg

http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5219.jpg

If you want you can smooth it down to make it look factory like i did.
http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx216/sl2_dude/IMG_5220.jpg

Then its times to put it all back together.
Install is reverse from what you did to pull it apart, make sure you line your blades up correctly when your done too.

Now you can show it off.
