have the hub rings on the car. different style lug nuts. the car is snapping studs about every 3k miles.

what the hell!?!?!?
im lost as to why it keeps doing this crap. too much torque on the studs when i put them on?

anyone have the dimensions on the studs themselves? why you ask, see if i can get arp to make some.

umm...i also have hub rings and different lugs on my car too. I think you may be over torquing them. I put mine on with a tq stick thats 100 ft-lbs. Even at that my snap-on cordless impact cant take those off...its quite retarded.

I use 100 ft.lbs. religiously

If you've got different lugs are you sure they're the correct size? That's what it sounds like to me.

I dunno then-try putting the OE wheels on and torquing them down-see if they still break.

I've had mine replaced after the dealership cross-threaded everyone of them. Idiot tried to force them on, thankfully the lead tech noticed the guys issue trying to put them on and stopped him after he had done all but one lug. Since then, I haven't had any issues and I changed my wheels on a monthly, if not more frequent basis. I have yet to use an impact wrench on them.
