Looking to build a header, but todo the math for primary dimensions and lengths I need to know the flow number on the head and the exhuast cams durations and lift.............anybody know where to get it?

Good deal-I've seen that info before.
When getting flow numbers, don't forget to see how "real world" they are. In NA applications I've always gotten my flow numbers from flowing the head with intake and carb or throttlebody in place as it would be in the car. Then I do the same on the exhaust side-typically using some baseline piece to start with-manifold or reputable header. Just some food for thought-attaining flow numbers can be deceiving sometimes. Good work on chasing down the specs-I think it's worthy of a sticky, but I'm not a mod in this section

poke around css.net to find the flow numbers on the head. i believe jmc did them
