For those who replaced the endlinks.... How did you take them off? I tried to take mine off today but the bolt just spins when I try and unscrew it... Does that mean they are pretty much junk as of right now, and the only way to get them off is by cutting them???? may be a dumb question... but just needed to know thanks...

it is a major pain (my lord, it bleeped me for saying b_i_s_h lol)....if you dont have airtools...

I did a write up on uslsja and rlf. I had 2 where I finally got the nut off. I wrecked my elbow clamping the shit out of 1 w/ vice grips. the prob is that the lubed up ball/socket is difficult to get vice grips to hold. Yes, they are trashed afterwards. How did I get the other 2 off you ask? Ryobi Reciprocating saw +1....stock end links 0 =)

I just cut the dam bolts off. Irish temper ftw! I love my Bwoody race version end links!

Did you get the regulars or the new race version?

I got mine off without hacking them off. If you can pop the ball off the link you can grip the ball with an adjustable wrench or vice grip. If all else fails, reach for the saw like photo said.

Meh... I'm probably better off just cutting them... I got 40k+ miles on them... I doubt any one would want to buy them from me.... Next stop... Stage 2 axels :D .. either that or the steering knuckles, and/or cobalt control arms....

I just had a hard time getting the vice grips to well.....grip tight enough because those nuts were rusted on there.

Yeah thats how I put my springs in. A lift and an impact gun. A little pb and a good set of vice grips...

And dave if you cant come by the shop and are willing to meet half way Id let you borrow my snap-on cordless impact gun and some 1/2" sockets if need be(cordless guns suck but this thing is a life saver and actually has sack )

Mmmmm, had some fun coming from having dinner with mrs p and Lil photo. (It is lil photo's birthday, woot!) Getting on to the freeway there is a hard onramp that is 270 degrees. It hooks really hard at the very end, I was doing 60-65 the entire time. The back end got a little loose (even with the rear strut) but the front didnt freakin move!

And no, lil photo and mrs p were not in the car...they were in her truck.

Yeah we can do all that. I may have to take a few breaks to work on customers cars but other than that it should be all good.

And my sales manager said you have to buy him lunch too:hungry:(burger king is cheap these days lol)

The alignment shouldnt be too hard...seeing theres only 2 things that we can adjust. Toe and camber(it could be caster i dont remember) I only know this because I just did one to my car today.

I get there at 9 and have to let everything get all set up...which takes like 5 minutes...so figure 9-10 ish.

Address is 520 Taunton Ave East Providence.
