Sadly the closest track is 40 miles away... granted i like going there but when you have miles apon miles of back country roads that are absolutely desolate and unpopulated... and one way, devided by a median not to mention...

you find other places to race when the track isnt available... id never race in town, we drove about 20 miles to get to that spot in the first video. the second video is another spot but just as desolate, finaly ill admit, the mustang was in town on my way home from Ninjutsu and provoked me into it, i gave in to my pride :( that run didnt go past 60mph i believe.

But usualy i refuse to race in town...

Come next track season im gonna try to get more videos, ive acctualy been making the transition from racing on the street to more at the track... in the off season tho, i gotta have somthing to do and we go waaaaay out to BFE when we do it.

Cool. I called my local track last night to see if they were open for street test n tune and they won't have another event like that until the 2nd week of January, so I won't be able to race mine until I get back from Korea in a year.:disgust: Back roads are slightly different. Not approving. Kinda like "I can neither confirm or deny....." I have a road out here way out of town that 4 lanes wide with a suicide lane that was built to divert new home traffic in that area that never really got put to good use. I go out there to get my car tune worked on since I can open it up and not have to worry about any cars, period. I wanted my brother to bring his Mini Cooper down from Washington while he's here visiting, but he rented a Mercury Milan (that pussy) so I can't show him how slow it is:bananahump:.

Guess I'll have another day to prove that point.

MIR was 1.5hr from me when I was in DC... and rock falls is 1hr from me now... :shrug:

Yeah, sorry, most of us aren't down with street racing of any kind.

That autocross track was 2 hours away. And I got a ticket coming home from it at 2:30 A.M. (which I got out of, cause I wasn't speeding).
