OK more ?'s.
Since there is no way to control the temp of the supercharger, How do we know if we are over heating the supercharger itself?
I have seen people with bags of ice on top, but that is only temporary.
My concern is that it will expand and damage the interior walls.

um....I don't know how to answer those. Honestly, the bags are virtually worthless when it comes to performance unless they are on their long enough to cool the entire supercharger. I've done it and I've found that it didn't help like I thought it would. The intercooler (or aftercooler) is what cools the air the best. Well, that and the fans moving air past the heat exchanger. If you're running a small pulley, smaller than 2.7, I really wouldn't worry about anything happening, expansion-wise. If you really got picky, you could use mth or water and inject it after the throttle body. That would cool the blades a lot.

yeah it sounds like the meth injection is the best.

or if you could fab up an n2o spray bar for your heat exchanger

would running a small shot of nitrouse through the charger cool the air by some great amount?

could just do what eco-mod did and swap in the stg3 pcm... it's freakin sweet :)

pretty sure he picked that up as well

do you guys know if there are any direct advantages to having the dual pass.? Does it increase cooling by some significant amount?

yes it helps a lot with the cooling, the stg 3 is configed for a 50 shot, it also turns off the AC and voids the Warranty. But it also has 100 octane mode and adjustable rev limiter.

that's also what i've heard. i'd like to see somebody plug in HPT to the stg3 and see if they could at least read all the params tho, then u could flash a stg2 to the stg3 tune and roar :)
