i wonder how effective this swap would be. Does anyone know if the M90 displaces any more ait than the factory S/C on the IRL?

like double....honestly I don't remember. Its bigger I can tell you that, by how much, I don't know. I am too lazy to find it now.

it's pretty much a waste of time. Not much more efficient.. and the extra power it needs to be spun over the m62 pretty much negates the added power

good info - i just remembered some LSJ's talking about the M90 a while back and then saw this so thought i'd offer it up.

yeah I was looking into doing the swap a few months ago, but after doing the math, it really wasn't worth it for the money you'd have to spend

Good to know, what about machining the factory case to accept the M90 rotors? Or would that be a bad move also?

sounds expensive as hell, or at least time consuming and difficult.

yeah, but if anyone had the time and skill. I think it may be worth lookin into.

there is one guy running around by me that supposedly had new rotors made for his in the form of a twin screw... I still haven't personally tracked him down yet though

i think i may try doin this with a ported blower case from intense...well see.
