That's pretty good. Only problem is here in FL you're not supposed to be in the left lane unless your passing so one of them was breaking the law. Not that they enforce that.

we did that in high school one night...fun at the time - and later learned in traffic school or something that it's actually illegal to impede the flow of traffic, whether you're going the speed limit or not. Like Jason said, so the guy in the left lane is required to move over and allow faster cars to pass...there ARE tickets on the books for people going too slow in the fast lane and/or impeding the flow of traffic.

It did show how many people speed which was the point they were trying to make. They just weren't totally obeying the law like the guy in the vid was implying. Oh and people who pass on the shoulder are fucking idiots.
