Read an article about this service and it was really easy to implement here so I went ahead and did it.
You'll see a new area under the quick reply and normal posting/reply pages that is labeled "Upload & Link Image"
To use this, simply choose a file from your computer, no greater than 1.5mb, but any dimensions and click "Upload"
a new window will open w/ the code you can use in your post, Click the text within the box labeled "IMG Code - Forums & Bulletin Boards" and then hit Ctrl + C on you keyboard to copy it to your clipboard. Then simply paste that text into your post and voila!
A thumbnail to your image is inserted, and users can click it for the full version, here's a sample:
