Reviews or Tutorials template?

Ok so I've got a bit of a dilemma here.

Our How-To / Tutorials and Product Reviews areas are currently set up as just standard forums. However, we could set them up more akin to what they are purposed for: ie, the Tutorials forum could present things in a more "document-esque" way instead of like a thread, and the Reviews forum could present things so people can rate them, the author can rate them, etc, more conducive to reviewing products / etc.

However, the dilemma is that I can only apply the (free version of the) mod to one forum. So, which would you like to see get it?

edit: after thinking about it some more, my argument is for the Tutorials one, as I think we could use the "thread rating" system as a Product Rating for threads started for particular products... just my .02.
