Front License Plate Display

Haven't had to deal with it until now (since I'm in CO), anyone seen those Sun Visor Plate display/holders?

I know I've seen them before, but I think I'm searching for the wrong words or something.

methinks a quick, simple, and cheap way would be to just get two elastic straps

just a thought tho

look at you, smarty pants...

I figured as much, but this setup was so purty - I might just try to figure out how to mount the damn thing behind the fascia in the center opening. Some creativity, and I think it could be done.
